What can I buy or sell on the Bears Seat Licence Marketplace?
Bears fans can buy and sell their Chicago Bears PSLs (Permanent Seat Licenses) using the Bears Seat License Marketplace. Any sale of the tickets associated with the seat licenses will be handled between the buyer and seller after the seat license transfer. Parking passes are NOT transferable, but the seller can sell the current season parking pass to the buyer after the transfer if the seller was able to purchase one for the current season.
How long does it normally take to complete a Bears PSL transaction?
The time it takes to complete a Bears PSL transaction depends on various factors, including how quickly the buyer submits payment and how long it takes for the buyer and seller to send in the PSL transfer paperwork to the Bears. On average it takes about 2 weeks to complete a transaction from the time the seller accepts the buyer’s offer to the time we send payment to the seller.
Why does each offer expire after 48 hours?
The seller has 48 hours to act on an offer before it expires. This is done for two main reasons. First, it makes sure all listings on the website are active attempts to sell- if the seller has multiple expired offers in a row, then the listing will be removed. Second, it gets buyers a quick response to their offer.
What time zone is used to determine the expiration time for an offer?
Central Time Zone.
For Sellers What if I want to split up my Chicago Bears PSLs for sale?
Buyers can only submit offers on the entire listing. If you wish to split up your Bears PSLs (Permanent Seat Licenses) for sale, you should create separate listings and make a note within each listing that the adjacent seats are available in Listing #XXXX.
How can I contact a buyer?
All negotiations are private and anonymous. The buyer and seller will not know each other’s contact information until the buyer has submitted payment. If you'd like to send a message to a buyer, please send us an email and we will forward it to the buyer on your behalf.
For Buyers What happens if the transfer is not completed?
As stated in the BuyerSecure Guarantee, if your PSL transfer is not completed, you will receive a refund check for the total amount you paid including the Bears Seat License Marketplace Transaction Fee.
